Does membership include an advisor?

No. Your advisor, CPA, attorney, and other professionals charge separately for their services. X1 helps you organize your household and work through questions using your records. Standard membership is software access; it does not include a dedicated person reviewing your household or meetings with a financial professional.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel your recurring household membership. Choose monthly billing or pay for a year at a time.

Want a person involved in coordinating your household? Contact us to discuss the work and whether a separately scoped X1 Black engagement is a fit. It is not included in standard membership.

Do my clients need to buy membership?

Your clients do not need to sign up or buy household membership for your firm to prepare an internal review. Included client capacity covers work in your professional workspace. Material saved into a client's personal record uses that household's capacity. A client's own paid X1 membership is a separate choice.
