End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of this Agreement

By accessing or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, X1 Wealth grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Software for your internal, personal, or business purposes.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the Software to build or improve a competing product.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security or access controls.
• Use the Software for unlawful or prohibited purposes.

4. Accounts and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You grant X1 Wealth the rights needed to process, store, and display data you provide or connect through third-party services in order to deliver the Software and its features.

5. Third-Party Services

The Software may connect to third-party services (for example, accounting or storage providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. X1 Wealth does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or security.

6. Updates and Changes

X1 Wealth may modify or update the Software at any time, including adding or removing features. We may also update this Agreement. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Software is owned by X1 Wealth and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Software if you violate this Agreement or if required to comply with law. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Software.

9. Disclaimers

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, X1 Wealth disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, X1 Wealth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
