Everything your family owns, on one page
Your bank and brokerage accounts, the business, the rentals, stock from work, a trust, the life insurance, whether you built it or it came to you. X1 gathers them from your accounts and paperwork, then shows what you have, whose name each piece is in, and where every number came from.

How it works
There are three ways to bring things in. Start with whichever is easiest: you can begin with photos of a few papers and connect your banks later.
Connect your bank and brokerage accounts
Sign in to each bank through Plaid, the bank connection service many finance apps use. Then tell X1 who holds each account: you, the trust or the company.
Through Plaid
Bring in your documents
If your papers are in Dropbox, Box or Google Drive, point X1 at that folder, or upload them. It reads each document, tells you what it is, and suggests which person, trust or company it belongs to.
Paper works too: photograph it and upload
Add what doesn't connect
Type in the house, a life insurance policy or a fund commitment.
A name and a rough value is enough
X1 asks you before it counts anything
When X1 reads a trust, an operating agreement or an insurance policy, it shows you what it found and asks whether it's right. Until you say yes, it stays marked and out of your totals.

What X1 does once it knows your family
While you're a member, X1 keeps up with what arrives.
A capital call comes in
If you've invested in a private fund, it asks for money from time to time with a notice called a capital call. When one arrives in your uploads or a synced folder, X1 reads it, puts the amount and due date on your list and tells you. Once you pick the account that pays it, X1 marks it paid when it sees the wire leave. X1 never moves money on its own: you send it, or approve a transfer X1 prepares.
Tax forms from your partnerships
If you own part of a partnership, LLC or fund, it sends a K-1 tax form each year. X1 suggests who each one was issued to and files it there when you confirm, so it's ready when your CPA asks.
Your CPA and attorney
Invite your CPA or estate attorney and share the documents they need with them. You decide what each one sees.
Ask about it in Claude or ChatGPT
This part is optional. If you already use Claude or ChatGPT, you can connect X1 to it yourself, and then ask about your own family, like who owns a property or what the trust says. The answer comes from your documents with the sources named. Nothing connects unless you set it up, and ChatGPT needs a paid plan.
Example: you ask, in Claude or ChatGPT
Who actually owns 412 Harbor Street?
X1 answers from your documents
Harbor Street Holdings LLC owns it. The Whitcomb Family Trust holds all of that company, and you are the trust's successor trustee.

Who we are, and who can see your documents
X1 is built by Mat Silverstein and Jex Musa. Mat spent years at Wealth Factory working with families who own businesses. They paid for good strategies, then stalled partway through, because every professional held one piece of the picture and nobody held all of it.
Your documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. A few X1 staff can look inside an account, only for support, quality review and security. SOC 2 Type 2 is in progress; we don't hold a report yet. We don't sell your data, and we don't give AI companies permission to train on it. Nothing goes to other people unless you share it.
